1. Enonymous cannot be held liable for any dispute between a certified website and its users.
2. Our certifications merely confer that a commitment to a privacy policy has been made by the certified website, it does not attest that the referred website is complying with its policies.
3. If requested, a certified websites will remove a certification seal 2 business days after being notified to do so.
4. Enonymous has a copywrite over our seals, usage of any of our material without our authorization is prohibited.
5. Our Certification seals must only be implemented with the code that we provide. We do not allow usage of our seals outside of our servers.
6. Certified Websites must comply with all of our terms of service.
7. We reserve the right to cancel any certification without prior notice.
