There are two fundamental types of complaints that we look into.
Seal miss usage: When a website is using one of our certification seals without our consent. This is very easily identifiable, as we provide a validation engine of every domain in the – Certified Websites – section of our site.
Additionally, all of the seals are linked externally to our server with the name of the domain. Ex. http://www.enonymous.org/seals/yourdomain.gif
Spam Complains: When a website that is certified by us is not complying with their privacy policy. This usually means that they are not respecting the commitment that they have made to respect their users privacy.
In both occasions users are highly encouraged to issue a complaint by contacting us through our contact form.
